Proper Seal in BaZi: Support, Learning, and Restorative Themes

Proper Seal is an older English name for Direct Resource (正印), the element that produces the day master at the opposite polarity, printed on this chart as “Direct Resource.” The theme is support, learning, and a climate that can restore: a teacher, a credential, a document that shelters the work. The theme is professional BaZi guidance, and it does not enroll you in anything.

Direct Resource is generated toward the day master at the opposite polarity. Indirect Resource is the matching-polarity resource, a more sideways form of support. The chart keeps both names.
“Seal” in the classical image is a stamp of authority and care: something that authorizes, protects, or nourishes. The image is not a wax charm and not a document this website issues.

Restorative does not mean medical

When shelter becomes avoidance

A strong chart that does not need more resource can still love school. Love is allowed. The balance note only suggests that output, wealth, or officer might be the hungrier priority. A hidden seal is not a secret diploma
