How a paid digital-product refund works for card purchases via Dodo Payments. Digital only. Nothing is mailed.
Refunds apply to completed paid orders. Free tools and unsigned interest notes are not purchases.
Free tools and unsigned interest notes do not create charges. Refunds apply only after a successful paid order.
If you purchase a story chapter or other eligible digital product: • Craft guarantee: within 7 days of delivery, you may request one rewrite if the piece does not feel like a fair match, or a refund under this policy — not both for the same order unless we say otherwise in writing. • Refunds for card purchases are handled through Dodo Payments (merchant of record), or as otherwise named at checkout. • After a refund is completed, download links and delivered files for that order may be revoked.
History Brief
If a History Brief email was not sent, the refund is the full amount through Dodo Payments. If it was sent, you may ask for a quality recheck within 7 days. A refund after a completed Brief is at the founder’s discretion. This is a digital file. Nothing is mailed back.
