Guidance Disclaimer: How We Talk About Metaphysics Tools

Guidance is the word this site uses for BaZi and for Pick a Good Day. It means a professional metaphysics reading you can consult while you decide. It does not mean a prediction that must come true, a medical opinion, a legal opinion, or a financial plan. The past-life quiz is the product we call entertainment fiction. The chart and the almanac are not described that way, even when the tone of the prose is calm.

Key facts

  • BaZi and Pick a Good Day are professional metaphysics offered as guidance.
  • The past-life quiz is entertainment fiction. Intention cards are reflective draws, not fortunes. The quiz label is not applied to the chart or the date rank.
  • No outcome is promised: no wealth figure, no marriage, no job, no safe journey, no cure.
  • Health language in a chart is element metaphor. Medical lines are omitted from the Good Day card.
  • Sex at birth is used only for the classical direction of BaZi luck steps, and only when the hour is also known. It is not a marriage script.
  • Shelf prices are not charges. An email magic link saves a reading and does not take payment.

Why the word is narrow

“Entertainment” is accurate for a twelve-question story that invents an era. It is inaccurate for a solar-term calendar that prints a day master and for an almanac score with published points. Calling those entertainment would hide the kind of attention they ask for. Calling them certain would hide the kind of limit they have. Guidance sits between those errors. You are being offered a traditional method, in English, with the gates visible, and you remain the person who acts.

The short BaZi reading covers temperament, work, wealth, relationship, and a health tendency. Wealth means the wealth stars and whether the day master is read as able to carry them. It does not mean a return on an investment. Relationship means the day branch and the relevant gods. It does not mean a named partner or a date of marriage. Health means a climate of elements. It does not mean a lab result. If a sentence in a future revision sounds like a promise, the disclaimer on this page wins.

The Good Day score is equally explicit. Suitable activity +4, unsuitable −5, yellow path +2, black path −2, Success or Open +2, Full +1, Close or Destruction −2, year-branch clash −6, day-pillar clash −4. A number built in public is still guidance. It ranks a window. It does not compel the top row, and it does not know your visa, your lease, or your duty of care.

Words we are willing to use

We say pillar, solar term, Start of Spring, day master, ten god, useful element, luck step, day officer, yellow path, suitable, unsuitable, clash. We say imagined when we mean the quiz. We say print it yourself when we mean a charm or a memorial page. Specific words keep the products separable.

Words we will not lean on

We do not say the chart is for fun, as a wink that removes responsibility for the method. We do not say the chart unlocks a destiny. We do not say a day is guaranteed, that a black-path day is cursed, or that a useful element will arrive if you buy an object. We do not invent studies, star ratings, or user counts. We do not call element metaphor a diagnosis. We do not offer timing for delaying medical care. Those omissions are the disclaimer in practice.

Products, named at their actual size

Light BaZi is $12.99: pillars, ten gods with an English gloss, element balance, a useful-element sketch, a short reading. The full chart is $19.99: those layers plus hidden stems, nayin, void, structure, symbolic stars, combinations and clashes, and eight 10-year steps when sex at birth and the hour are both known. Unknown hour: hour pillar blank, day from local noon, luck not counted. No city: fixed UTC+8, not a fake Beijing longitude. Late zi advances the day pillar. Early zi keeps the new day. The month changes at the solar term. The year branch used here changes at Start of Spring.

Pick a Good Day: one preview day free, the rest of the window on a plan at $12.99 a month, $29.99 every three months, or $89.99 a year. A birth date on that tool is the year pillar after Start of Spring plus the day pillar, not a full hour chart of every date. Custom occasions use path and officer only.

Printable charms are $12.99 digital sheets, four sentences, nothing mailed, not real joss. A memorial reading is $12.99, a name and a scene, no contact with anyone. Intention cards are twelve reflective images, one free, a $12.99 three-card chapter that is not a fortune. None of these override a clinician, a lawyer, or an accountant.

Adults, regions, and pressure

The readers in mind are adults in the United States, the European Union, and the English-speaking Gulf. English is the language of these essays. A faith calendar, a family obligation, or a local law outranks a path score. The tools do not tell you to break a fast, skip a court date, or ignore a doctor. They also do not sneer at people who use almanacs beside those duties. Respect, here, looks like scope.

Pressure language is a defect. A reading that frightens you into a purchase is a bad reading even when the pillars are arithmetically right.

If you are deciding something heavy, use the heavy tools. A contract needs a reader who is allowed to give legal advice. A portfolio needs a reader who is allowed to give financial advice. A body needs a clinician. Bring the chart only as an extra language, and only if it stays in its lane. If it does not help, close it. Guidance you cannot set down is no longer guidance.

Where the label has to appear

It has to appear on the chart page, on the Good Day page, on the plans page, and in the help answers, not only in this essay. A social caption that drops the label is how the products get confused. When you share a result, put the label back: fiction for the quiz, guidance and not a promise for the chart and the date. The sharing essay is the practical version. This page is the policy version.

Account email does not change the policy. A saved reading is the same reading plus a title and a summary. The magic link does not buy certainty. Waitlist notes do not buy certainty. They reserve nothing.

What this is not

  • Not a license to treat BaZi or Pick a Good Day as entertainment, and not a license to treat the quiz as a factual past life.
  • Not medical, legal, or financial advice, and not a waiver you can sign to make it so.
  • Not a guarantee attached to any shelf price.
  • Not a diagnosis written in wood, fire, earth, metal, or water.
  • Not a marriage script written from sex at birth.
  • It is closed.
