What you get

The animal is a character. We do not diagnose breed-as-soul. We do not say the pet is a returned human. We write weather and a job-shaped habit — the way a historical-fiction personality test writes a clerk, only the protagonist has whiskers.

What we will not write
We will not frame this as talking to an animal, talking to a dead animal, or treating grief. If you are mourning, a story can sit beside you. It is not care. Talk to a person who does that work if you need it.
We will not use healing language, “clearing,” or a file of secret records. The chapter is invented from tags.
