How to Report a Problem in a Metaphysics Article

To report a problem in a Learn article, email hello@pastlifetest.com with the article URL, the sentence that looks wrong, and what the product page actually does. That mailbox is for editorial corrections. It is not a purchase desk. If the problem is personal data rather than a sentence, use privacy@pastlifetest.com, which is the address on the privacy page.

Key facts

  • Include the full Learn URL, the heading, and the sentence. A screenshot helps when the screen and the article disagree.
  • Say which label slipped. BaZi and Pick a Good Day are guidance. Past-life quizzes and chapters are entertainment fiction. Those labels are not interchangeable.
  • Prices to check against are the shelf: Good Day $12.99 a month, $29.99 a quarter, $89.99 a year; light BaZi $12.99; full BaZi $19.99; chapter $12.99; charm $12.99 PDF; memorial $12.99 digital.
  • Do not send a full birth time, a government ID, or a payment card in the correction mail. Birth data is private, and checkout is not taking cards.
  • The help page is the short operational text. About PastLifeTest is the label sheet. If an essay conflicts with those, say so.
  • Adults only. A correction is not a crisis service. Use local emergency services if you are in danger.

What belongs in the message

A useful note is boring. “On /learn/this-article, the section about delivery says a charm is mailed. The charm page says you print a PDF. Please correct the sentence.” That note can be checked. A note that says “your metaphysics is fake” without a sentence cannot be edited into a fix. You may dislike the subject. The correction desk still needs a factual miss: a wrong price, a swapped label, a feature the account does not have, a claim of a study, a public score, or a medical instruction.

Name the product you tried. If you opened a chart, say whether the hour pillar was blank when you omitted the time. If you requested a magic link, say whether the mail said twenty minutes and one use, and that nothing was charged. Those are the behaviors the essays should match. The help page is the right comparison for save, prices, refunds-in-the-future, and delivery. About PastLifeTest is the right comparison for the two shelves.

Do not ask the essay to become advice. If an article refused to time a surgery, a lawsuit, or an investment, that refusal is the policy, not a bug. If an article told you to ignore a doctor, that sentence is a bug. Report the second kind.

A wrong delivery sentence, caught in Lyon

Hélène, an adult in Lyon, reads an essay that tells her a memorial arrives as a parcel of incense. She has the memorial page open, which describes a symbolic digital card, not real joss, nothing mailed, and not contact with the dead. She emails hello@pastlifetest.com with both URLs and one sentence asking for the parcel claim to be removed. She does not attach her relative’s name, her own birth date, or a demand for a refund. The correction is about the essay.

A label swap, caught in Houston

Chris, an adult in Houston, reads a paragraph that calls Pick a Good Day “just entertainment, like the quiz.” He sends the URL and quotes the line. He points to the help page, which calls Pick a Good Day professional metaphysics and the quiz fiction. He does not need to be angry to be right. The fix is to restore the guidance label and to leave the quiz on its own entertainment label. Good Day plans remain $12.99 a month, $29.99 a quarter, and $89.99 a year, uncharged.

What to send elsewhere

Personal data is a privacy request, not an editorial one. Saved readings are a title, a short summary, and a page link. If you want that row deleted, email privacy@pastlifetest.com and ask the site to delete what it holds for the address. The privacy page says browser storage stays until you clear it. Sign-out ends a session. It is not the correction mailbox.

A magic link that failed is a troubleshooting problem. Ask for a new link from the account. The old link was one use and about twenty minutes. Nothing was charged. Write to hello@ only if an article describes that flow incorrectly.

If an article told you that you had been charged for opening BaZi, report the article. You still do not send a card number. There should be no charge to reverse.

Fiction complaints have a narrow factual core. “This story calls itself proof” is a correction. “I wanted a different century” is a taste note. Same answers map to the same imagined story. That is described in how results are made. A later rewrite, if it is ever sold, would be a craft pass on the same answers, not a truer life. Rewrites are not on sale. The FAQ already says the result is not a document of who you were.

What happens after you write

The site can correct a public sentence. It cannot promise a particular hour, and this article will not invent a ticket number or a public bug tracker. Send one clear message rather than the same paragraph to several addresses. Keep magic links out of the mail. If you must show an account screen, crop the email and the birth line.

You can keep using the tool while you wait. A wrong essay does not turn a chart into entertainment, and it does not turn a quiz into guidance. Adults who want a ranked day still use the almanac as guidance with no outcome promise. Adults who want a story still use the quiz as fiction. Adults who want neither can ignore both.

If you are writing about a crisis, an illness, or a legal emergency, do not wait on an editorial reply. Use local emergency services or a qualified professional. Learn articles are not a helpline, and a correction email is not care.

What this is not

  • Not a purchase channel, a refund desk, or a cart.
  • Not the privacy mailbox. Data deletion goes to privacy@pastlifetest.com.
  • Not a place to send birth times, identity documents, or card numbers.
  • Not a guarantee that a dislike of metaphysics will remove a guidance article. Factual errors and broken labels are the target.
  • Not medical, legal, or financial advice, and not a crisis line.
  • Not a public score, a study, or a request to invent praise.
