How Digital Readings Are Delivered After Purchase

Digital readings on PastLifeTest are delivered on the site, not in the post. A chapter, a Light or full BaZi chart, and a Pick a Good Day list are reports on the page. Charms and ritual cards are PDFs you print yourself. A story page can also be printed or saved as a PDF from the browser. Nothing is mailed. Opening a tool does not charge a card and does not create a parcel.

Key facts

  • The help page says delivery is instant and digital. There is no tracking number and no physical charm.
  • A waitlist note is not an order and is not a delivery.
  • Past-life chapters are listed at $12.99 and are entertainment fiction. Light BaZi is $12.99 and the full chart is $19.99, both guidance. Good Day plans are $12.99 a month, $29.99 a quarter, and $89.99 a year.
  • Charms are $12.99 in A4 and Letter. A memorial is $12.99 digital and is not contact with the dead.
  • The help page says our merchant of record handles tax. A refund would void download links. There is nothing to ship back.
  • The free past-life card and one almanac day are available without a purchase. They are not “deliveries” of a paid good.

What “after purchase” means

The chapters index says nothing is charged there. It does not queue a courier and it does not pre-generate a paid PDF in your account.

You can still see how delivery is shaped, because the free layers already use the same pipes. A quiz result appears on the result page. A single Good Day appears on the Good Day page. A BaZi chart appears when the form has a date it can cast. Those pages are the delivery surface. A future purchase would unlock more of the same kind of page, or a print file, for the email that paid. It would not switch the product into a letter.

The account is where a recorded purchase would be listed: product name, date, and an open or download link. Files stay on the site. Nothing is mailed.

A waitlist note in Leipzig

Anja, an adult in Leipzig, joins the waitlist for a chapter and then checks the account for a file. The orders section is empty. The waitlist row is a note with a label and a date. Her free quiz card is already on the result page from the twelve answers, with no email required. She saves the share image herself. She is not billed. When a $12.99 chapter can be bought, the longer fiction would show up as a story on the site and a PDF, still entertainment, still not a proof of a former life. Today the note is only a note. Help says the same thing in fewer lines.

A chart that is already on the page

Samir, an adult in Raleigh, casts a light chart and looks for an email attachment. The reading is the page. Save this reading can keep a title, a short summary, and a page link after a magic link that is one use, lasts about twenty minutes, and does not charge. The summary may include the birth line. Birth data is private, so the link is not a public delivery. The $12.99 and $19.99 prices are not collected. The full chart’s extra sections are described on the BaZi pages and are not mailed as a booklet. An unknown hour stays blank. Delivery, even later, would not invent the hour.

Which good uses which pipe

Story chapters, partner and pet stories where offered, self, path, ancestor, birthplace, intention cards, and the memorial are page reports or print-from-browser cards. They are not all the same label. Past-life stories and intention draws are entertainment. A memorial is a symbolic remembrance and not contact with the dead. Ancestor offerings, when described, are a digital ritual or a print card, not real joss. Face, three-lives, and bond chapters are not sold, so they have no delivery.

BaZi is a guidance report on the page. Pick a Good Day’s free layer is one ranked day on the page. The paid layer would be the rest of the window for a subscriber, still on the page, still guidance, still not a promise that the top day succeeds.

Charms leave the browser as a PDF you send to your own printer. A4 and Letter are the two paper shapes. The site does not choose your shop and does not track the paper. Quiet night, clear desk, open door, and steady means are sentences, not parcels.

A magic link is not delivery of a product. It is sign-in. A session cookie can last up to 30 days. Sign-out ends the session. It does not erase a future order that does not exist.

Refunds, reprints, and lost files

Because nothing is in the post, there is no return label. A refund voids download links. EU withdrawal requests would live on the account. Rewrites are not on sale now. If you lose a browser PDF you made yourself, that copy is on your device. The site does not keep a mirror of every print dialog.

Editorial mistakes in an essay can go to hello@pastlifetest.com. Data deletion goes to privacy@pastlifetest.com. Neither address ships a replacement object, because there is no object.

About PastLifeTest and the FAQ keep the labels stable so a delivered file is not described as a different product than the one on the shelf. Chapters is the index. Adults only. No medical, legal, or financial advice arrives inside the file, paid or free.

What this is not

  • Not a postal service, a courier, or a jewelry shipment.
  • A waitlist note is not delivery.
  • Not an email of your full card number. The privacy page says a future merchant would process payment, and the site would not take the full card number.
  • Not proof that a past-life file is guidance, or that a BaZi file is entertainment.
  • Not contact with the dead, even if the file is a memorial.
  • Not medical, legal, or financial advice printed in a nicer font.
