Free Curiosity vs Subscription Depth for Date Picking

Curiosity and depth are different jobs. Curiosity asks what this almanac says about the strongest day in a window. Depth asks how the next days sort, so you can discard the strongest for a reason the formula never knew: a flight, a fast, a landlord, a child. Pick a Good Day answers the first job for free. It holds the second job for a subscription that is priced and not yet sold.

Key facts

  • You always choose the occasion and the two edge dates. The cap is one year. Narrow windows make the free day more informative, because the top of a two-day window is a real comparison.
  • The preview includes the day pillar, the officer, the path spirit, the match explanation, the public clash, sha direction, Peng Zu, and the avoid line.
  • Rows beneath that preview are the same kind of line, lower scores first in the remaining order. They are not a different tradition.
  • A birth date changes both the free day and the hidden rows, through the same six-point and four-point clash rules. It does not turn the free day into a ten-god report.
  • Charts are separate. $12.99 Light BaZi and $19.99 full BaZi do not unlock date rows, and date plans do not unlock pillars.

The single line you can see today

Open the tool, pick travel or whatever the act really is, and submit the dates you can live with. The page returns one winner. If that winner is usable, stop. You have used the product as designed. If the winner falls on a day you cannot take, you have learned something too: the traditional sort and your life disagree at the top. You can then shrink or slide the window — drop the impossible date and submit again — and receive a new top day from what remains. That workaround is clumsier than a list, and it is free.

Do not expect the second submission to “try harder.” The method is fixed. Activity matches are four and minus five. Path is two points either way. Success and Open add two, Full adds one, Close and Destruction subtract two. Custom ignores the activity dictionary. Medical names never enter. Repeating a window cannot produce a friendlier metaphysics.

What the lower rows would add

A list lets you see the margin. A top score of 8 and a second score of 7 are not the same decision as a top score of 8 and a second score of −2. The free page tells you the winner’s own score, not the gap to the next date. Planners who must offer a client three options are the people who feel that gap. A household choosing one Saturday often does not.

The lower rows also stop you from hand-excluding your way into a distorted window. If you delete every black-path day before submitting, you have pre-judged a factor the tool already weights. A full order lets the weighting stay inside the method. That is depth. It is not a new oracle.

What stays free even if you never subscribe

The explanation of a single day is enough to learn the vocabulary: yellow path, Open, a clash animal, a sha word. Help pages and these essays stay readable without an account. Saving a preview, if you want it in the account list, uses an email link and does not bill you. The past-life card is also free and is a different product: fiction for entertainment, twelve questions, no almanac. Do not confuse a story card with a date line. BaZi and the date tool are not fiction and not entertainment.

Paid depth is not paid certainty

When the cart opens, paying will not make 出行 more likely to be a calm flight. It will not make 嫁娶 a happy marriage. It will not make 开市 a profitable shop. Those refusals are the same on the free day and on the paid rows. Professional guidance describes a traditional sort. Your constraints still outrank it. If a faith calendar, a court date, or a clinician has already spoken, neither tier argues back.

We do not show star ratings, user counts, or invented savings. If you are deciding whether depth is useful, use a real window you care about, look at the free winner, and ask whether you needed two more names. If the answer is no, keep the preview.

What this is not

This is not a coupon, a trial that converts by surprise, or a statement that the free day is a teaser with the truth withheld. The top day is a true top under the published rule. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice. It is not a horoscope subscription by another name.
